Let Lady Luck take the reins for your special event in 2019!

Wedding, party and special event guests can roam the fields and enjoy the spacious shade and glorious views from our newly renovated pavilion barn. There are a variety of outdoor sites for ceremony, reception and magic! Our farm is a scenic 35 minute drive from downtown Asheville, NC and one of the most special places in Western North Carolina. We are honored to tend this land and call it home and also to share it with you!

With ten years of experience in the wedding and special events community of WNC we have built some fabulous relationships with planners, photographers, caterers, musicians and all the best of the local event industry. We're happy to guide you on this sweet journey- it should be FUN!

Access to our organic flower farm for photographs + ceremony for 3 hours

Multiple beautiful locations for ceremony

Use of our new bathrooms + pavilion barn

        Use of our handmade farm tables and new chairs

Use of our dried flower barn as a rain option/space to get ready

Special pricing for bouquets, boutonnieres + arbor rental

Add Ons:

One night stay in our 1800’s farmhouse cottage if available

Wild and garden styled bouquet + boutonniere or two of each

        Additional floral arrangements for arbor/decor

Option to pick your own flowers

What’s Included:

Use of our organic flower farm for 4 hours

Only 1 wedding per weekend

Use of our 1800’s farm house cottage for getting ready and overnight accommodations for couple or family

Use of our newly renovated dried flower barn for getting ready

Multiple beautiful locations for outdoor ceremony + space for a large tent

Use of our renovated pavilion barn and new restrooms

Use of our handmade farm tables and new chairs

Access to our parking area for up to 80 cars

Fire pit stocked with wood

Venue manager onsite and in line with our day of coordinator

Two parking attendants on site to help with any needs that may arise

Assembly kitchen/staging space for catering staff and use of walk-in cooler, sink + work space

Trash service

In house day of coordinator services include:

Day of wedding go to person (12 hour max) to ensure couple is relaxed and unbothered!

Point of contact for all vendors, drop offs, arrivals, check ins, designation of monies owed

Initial phone/in-person consultation to understand your vision for the day

30 day walk through of ceremony and reception site to finalize layout/design etc.

Quarterly phone meeting leading up to wedding day to discuss specifics with vendors/layouts/decor/etc.

Vendor check in week of wedding (couples must provide list of vendors/contact info and contracted times 60 days prior to event)

Oversee set up of rentals and decor

Facilitation of two hour ceremony rehearsal

Creation and facilitation of wedding day timeline
